tally10 Posted August 19, 2012 #1 Share Posted August 19, 2012 We are booked on an Infinity transatlantic cruise. We chose the cabin based on the location. X customer service did not want to give us this cabin because it is a connecting cabin. They did so reluctantly. What do you think our chances would be that they would need this cabin for a family unit or other situation, and they would upgrade us or just move us elsewhere? I know you can say "no upgrades" on your reservation, but we are still thinking it over. Any opinions?
cb at sea Posted August 19, 2012 #2 Share Posted August 19, 2012 They are unlikely to move you....if someone needs a connecting cabin, they will simply be told it's unavailable. If there is a cabin that isn't connecting within a cabin or two of your location, you could switch and free up the connecting one.
