Downgrading after final payment

The only answer I've found is applicable to other cruiselines (I think it was RCL) My question is, if I chose to downgrade from a gty balcony to Oceanview Obstructed (I found a specific room still available in a great location) will Princess allow it after final payment?

Possibly, though you may find that your guarantee is now cheaper than the obstructed. It's all about money.
