Sailing east in March...port or starboard?

Recommended Posts

We are planning a cruise for March 2014, hopefully from Sydney to NZ then on to Papeete.

We are not sun worshippers, and would like a balcony that will NOT get the afternoon sun.

Being March, I'm not too sure if it will really make a difference...I would know what to choose if it were close to June or Dec, but March is right smack in the middle where the earth's axis and all that stuff we learned in school may not make a difference...

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
