Does anyone know if Celebrity has the same Captain's Club option to call to find out about any upgrade deals right before the cruise similar to RCCL?

Does anyone know if Celebrity has the same Captain's Club option to call to find out about any upgrade deals right before the cruise similar to RCCL?

 

The only official Captains Club upgrade is an inside to inside or outside to outside cabin which must be made at the time of booking. No verandas, CC cabins, Aqua or suites. They do have upgrades as you mention depending on the cruise, not always guaranteed.
