? about electronic documents

Just noticed when I was going into my cruise personalizer about what type of documents you preferred, neither electronic nor mail was checked. Could not change at all to electronic. Noticed all of my other ones for RCCL was checked electronic. Would I need to call my TA or could you call RCCL?

I don't think you have a choice nowadays...it's all electronic....e-tickets, if you will. All docs will be emailed to you.

 

If you are using a TA, then any and all requests/changes, etc.. have to go thru the TA.

You should be able to get Paper docs for a fee $35 I think but I'm not sure. Ask your TA.
