Change dining on board

We have late seating on a cruise leaving in 12 days. Is it possible to change to open dining once we're on board?

Yes, we did. We had to change a couple of times, but ended up with a waiter and asst. who were the best! :D

Someone from the dining area will be located somewhere mid afternoon on departure day. If there is nothing in your cabin telling you where they will be and the time, ask at guest services. Go to that meeting place and tell the individual what you would like to do. There really is no way to know if you will or won't be able to switch....they do try to meet everyone's (reasonable) requests.
