Casino is operated by Century Casinos Inc. Nasdaq CNTY. Like everything on this ship, it is an elegant room. The layout is "dumbell" in shape. The bar is in the bar part. In one room is a blackjack table, roulette table (0,00) eight videopoker game kings at the penny, quarter, and dollar level, and assorted slots. One game on each game king is $1 Jacks or better with an 8/5 payscale. Not bad for a cruise ship. Cash US$ only or ticket in, ticket out. In the other room are an equal number of machines, two more blackjack tables, a "century poker" table and a craps table. 3/4 of the BJ tables have six deck shoes, and one has a shuffle machine. $10 minimums. Usual rules. Double after split OK. No surrender. During the cruise, there were at least two blackjack tournaments, and a hold-em tournament I think.

If you are a high roller, you might speak to the casino manager early on about comps. This is not written down anywhere but I did see some discrete arrangements made on a Regent ship. Good luck!

Just curious but what would the comp be on Regent??

From page 29 of Guest Services Directory on board: "You must be at least 18 years of age to enter and use this facility, which operates only when the ship is sailing in international waters." That's 18 to gamble fellas, but 21 to drink.

LT, comps on Regent would come through your joining their players club. Since there are no places for slot cards on board, we are talking about table games. I wouldn't bother to ask at the green chip level. Bunch of black chips typical bet? Ask. Obviously on Regent, free drinks and food are irrelevant. Consideration would be in the form of cash or comp dollars on Century's land casinos or credit toward future cruises. Am I 100% of my info? Nope, but my track record is good.
