Using Online Cruise booking services

I just got back from my first cruise and it was fantastic. I want to take my mom on a cruise in a year or two but due to her claustraphobia she MUST have at least a balcony cabin or a suite. When I checked the cruise line sites the suite costs were astronomical compared to the inside cabin I had on my cruise. I then checked one of the online sites and the cost was much better. More like I can afford. Are ther any sites to avoid? Or are they all just about the same?

Read down this board, and some of the back pages. Same with the "First Time Cruiser" and "Money Saving Tips" boards, as they have tons of threads about the various online agencies, both good and bad.
