I don't think anyplace has "sale of the century" prices anymore. St Thomas does have the largest variety and selection. If you see something you really, really like for a price you think is fair, and you can afford it, then I think you got yorself "a deal". If you are going to go to buy lots of jewelery cheap that you plan on reselling upon your return for a profit, don't bother.
