Vanilla???

I too am looking for what is the best kind of vanilla to buy. I know i read and wrote down a few that were recommended and now cannot find where I put my list. If anyone can help me out ,it would be great .we are goint to be in riviera maya and also cozumel.

We always buy the vanilla at the Carnival Cruise ports in Cozumel or Progresso. "Los Cinco Soles" "Natural Gourmet Vanilla". Yellow, red and white label. It does not have any coumarin in it. Over the years we have tried other brands but none can compare to the above. In our opinion it is the very best. It may cost a little more but it is worth it. :)

We buy ours in the Duty free shop at the pier.

Got 2- 3 paks nicely package for a total of $20 ($10 each pack). No coumarin. I will keep 2 an the other 4 make stocking stuffers for Christmas.
