My wife and I are also on the 2/26/13 Auckland to Sydney Oceania Marina cruise and like you, we are looking for companionship for private arrangements. One biggie would be Timaru airport up to Mt Cook and Franz Josef via the prime private airline company. Their planes take a max of 6 passengers and there is a substantial savings...pricing drops to 400/per person round trip with three couples and we'd have time to mess around at the glacier either soaking at a spa, ATVs or goofing up sliding into the Tasman Sea way down ...well, there!
