Non-Carnival Scuba diving excursion in Grand Cayman??

I just went to book the excursion for the two tank certified dive in grand cayman, and it is sold out. I am a little devastated. I was under the impression that this was booked months ago. Anyway, can anyone reccommend a good non-carnival company to dive with? Leaving sunday.

If you have your own buddy you can easily (and more cheaply) do some excellent shore dives.

DH usually goes with Red Sail, but I'm not sure if your times match up.

There's also a good listing of dive operators on the Kittawake website. It's pretty convenient for cruise ship visitors, and I'm told it's an interesting dive.
