Free Upgrade

Just got a call from what I thought was the upgrade fairy. The Carnival rep asked me if I wanted to be moved down one floor from a porthole cabin to an ocean view. I looked up the location and said absolutely. The cabin isn't even in the rear of the ship. Wow I didn't think that Carnival still did the free upgrades.

Its nice being wrong this time.

We sail in 2 weeks and there are 2 grand suites still open- sure wish they'd offer me one!

We have not had a call from the upgrade fairy in 20 years. When we first started cruising 31 years ago our travel agen would always call to tell us we were upgrade for free. Your a lucky one.
