Hello (Probably Scubagirl) but anyone that can help is cool.

we are going to Nassau over the weekend on the Imagination. Last time there we had a lunch at Twin Brothers. We thought it was yummy. We were thinking of going there again for lunch. is there a better place you would suggest?

How do we get there? taxi or bus? which bus? how much should a taxi cost?

anything fun to do in the evening like after dinner 8pm - 10pm) going on this weekend? it would be the night of 9/29.

Green Parrot Harbor front about the best bet? how much is taxi to there?

many thanks in advance

alex

Taxi is about 10$ for 2 ppl. $3 ea. add'l . Jitney #10 will cost you 1.25pp.

also we are thikning of doing the zoo, how would we get from zoo to one of these restaurants?

thanks so much

easy walk from the Fish Fry. Use the western exit of the fish fry (closest to Goldies - furthest from the port.

Cross the street and go straight up the block - you will see signs. About a 5-6 minute walk, you'll see the entrance on the right.

It's a bit overgrown, as this is a preserve, so keep an eye out.

Make a right into the parking lot.. the entry is on the left. easy peasy.

You could also try Goldies. It is at the Fish Fry near Twin Brothers. We tried Oh Andros the last time but it is very small and it took sooooo long just to get some conch fritters. We'll go back to Goldies next time. Their conch salad was great.

Ardastra Gardens and Zoo are right across the street from the fish fry. There's a large sign by the road that takes you up the hill.

If you go to the zoo, be sure to be there for the lory parrot feedings.
