CEO of Caribe Deck Posted October 3, 2012 #1 Share Posted October 3, 2012 I will be traveling on AA to the UK in a few weeks and would like to make use of their lounge to freshen up before hitting the streets of London. I'm in 1st class so lounge access is not an issue. My question is, does one have to go through security again to make use of the lounge? Seems like more fuss than I want to put up with if that is the case. I cannot imagine any other way to retrieve my bags then go back to the lounge. cruising cockroach Posted October 3, 2012 #3 Share Posted October 3, 2012 No, it's landside after immigration and customs. At British airports, you can't go back airside without a connecting flight.
Rare Keith1010 Posted October 4, 2012 #4 Share Posted October 4, 2012 As others have said you will not need to go through security again because you visited this lounge. Keith
