We're officially 45 days out. Went ahead and took the "package" deal... Le Bistro, La Cucina and Cagneys for $47pp. Was able to spread them out to Mon, Wed & Fri and got 7:30 each night. I am pleased. :D (From what I hear Cagney's is awesome)

Input welcomed! :D

I've only eaten at Le Bistro and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

Have a great cruise. :)

Can you choose other restaurants in the package deal or does it have to be those three?

I wish, but no. That package deal was the only one offered. Basically you're getting LaCucina for about $2pp, which I heard was really hit or miss

I wish I could purchase the package without having to make an actual reservation.

This is my first cruise, so I'm unsure of how I am going to time dinner with excursions & port stops.

If I'm not mistaken you can book/reserve/pay and then change the time to earlier or later if slots are still available. We wanted 7:30 each night to allow time to get back onboard and get ready for dinner without being rushed. We assumed that time would fill up quickly.

We always made them about 1 to 2 hours after the time you need to board
