Suite 1600 on Brilliance of the Seas

Recommended Posts

I was very excited to see that there was a cruise review from someone that had GS 1600 last November. My DH and I will be sailing in this cabin in March 2013 and I have been looking for recent info and photos of that cabin. I was however disappointed when I read that their experience with this cabin was less than stellar. They reported broken drawers and a broken closet door. They stated that there were also many stains and worn areas in the cabin. I'm hoping that repairs have been made and that the wear is what one normally sees in a ship her age.

My husband and I are very excited about our cruise and this cabin and it would take more than stains and wear and tear to lessen that excitement.

I just want to know if I should bring duct tape to hold things together while we are there.:p

Sorry but we just got off the Brilliance in September and the entire ship needs some TLC. RCI is waiting until she goes into dry dock sometime, I think, in the April to May 2013 timeframe to give her a total face lift and refirb.
