St. Thomas, USVI (Christmas!!!)

Heya everybodyy!!!

This will be my wife and my first time going to Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas from Carnival. We are around 25 years old. So we like to do fun things and something memorable that will give us a chance to go back to bahamas again.

I will only have 7 hours in Nassau from 11 am to 6pm. Maybe not even 7 straight hours, 5.5 hours. I will be there on 25nd December which is Christmas!!! Will this be a problem where everything close?

What places should anybody recommend us to go and do? Or what excursion that is a must do?

Shops will be open on Christmas. There is a taxi driver who dresses like Santa and gives out presents to visitors. You will be a little late for the Challenge of the Carols, which occurs at dawn in town. See if you can get any of the traditional Christmas food and drink- homemade guavaberry liquor comes to mind.
