I think it's a fine location (well, if you like being mid-ship. I prefer the extremes, aft or forward.). You've got cabins above and below you, so quiet. Balcony is completely covered, 9x5. You're only three decks away from the Lido, so walkable without having to wait for the elevator. Sounds good to me.

We had B343 on the Caribbean Princess for our British Isles cruise in May -- it's a great location. Very quiet, and convenient for getting around the ship. I've always sailed in a Baja mid-ship cabin - in February we've got an aft Emerald mini-suite on the Ruby so I'll be interested in comparing the two locations.
