Tansy Mews Posted October 27, 2012 #1 Share Posted October 27, 2012 We are considering a Nautica voyage in a budget-friendly category. Is there any noise problem with rooms on decks 4 or 6? From the casino, etc. Thanks!
Rare LHT28 Posted October 27, 2012 #2 Share Posted October 27, 2012 Depends on the cabin location We have been in C1 on deck 4 only some noise from the reception office door when it bangs this was on Regatta Cannot help with the inside cabins
no fuss travel Posted October 27, 2012 #3 Share Posted October 27, 2012 We were right beside the elevator, over the kitchen and we never had a noise problem on the Insignia, which is the same as the Nautica.
Mura Posted October 28, 2012 #4 Share Posted October 28, 2012 And we were opposite the laundry room on Regatta twice and never heard any noise until we opened the door. Even then we only heard noise when our door was open and people doing laundry were coffee-klatching in the hallway. From our perception all of these ships are very well built and once you are in your room you really do NOT hear noise from outside. Although sometimes we have heard the toilet next door flushing! And sometimes we heard furniture being moved above us when we were on Deck 8 underneath the pool area. But it wasn't loud enough to disturb us.
