Chef's Table is scheduled for Tuesday evening. If demand is high enough, another Table will be scheduled for Wednesday evening as well.

 

Note that the scheduling of this event can change on a week to week basis. It is best to inquire at the Guest Services Desk upon embarkation to learn the schedule for this event during your cruise.

I received this answer from NCL in August: While the chef's table is in its trial phase this year, the day is not fixed, but it's unlikely that it will take place on nights the ship is staying overnight in a port. In the future (next year?), if the program is a success, they may introduce advanced booking like they do with specialty restaurants.
