You can also hire an open-sided safari type taxi to take a tour, the hourly rates are in the attached link. For example it would be $226 for a 1 hr tour for 14 ppl per their fares.

One large group had this same question earlier and they chose to go to Smuggler's Cove for the day and loved it. I believe they used scatos. Note that there are no vendors at SC now though. So your beach stop would probably be Cane Garden Bay where most cruisers go unless you want a quieter spot like Brewer's Bay.

 

The best option may just be the beach break excursion to CGB through the ship, you see some of the island on the way to CGB and back to the dock. Just taking a taxi to CGB will be $16pp roundtrip. I'm sure you can work with a driver to plan a short tour along with that since you have so many ppl.
