Toulon Or La Seyne-Sur-Mer

Has anyone been to Toulonrecently on the Navigator or any other large ships.

There seems to be some controversy as to whether the larger ships now dock in La Seyne. We are going to rent a car when we are there to drive to Provence and would love to know where to rent it??? RCCL says we port in Toulon but I don't think they know either, except what is says on itinerary.

In July on Liberty we berthed at La Seyne sur la Mer. Toulon is a short public boat ride away

Or you can take the ship offered shuttle bus like we did.

When I was there a couple of years ago, there really wasn't anything by the La Seyne sur Mer terminal. The facility felt more like an office park to me. DS and his girlfriend met us early in the morning and we just walked down a long driveway to wait for them at tbe entrance.

I too had this question for our NCL cruise we just got home from.

Due to bad weather we ended up at La Seyne Sur Mer. Up until then NCL had been docking at Toulon.

Be prepared for either port is my advice.
