Port of Tampa to airport

We are on the Legend coming back to port on Nov 25. Our flight is at 12:15 pm. Are we better just to catch a cab to the airport or do Carnival airport transfers. Which is the best way to go?

A taxi will be cheaper and faster than the cruiseline transfer bus -- the cab is only $25+tip flat rate fare for the 15 minute drive from the port to TPA. A 12:15 flight will be fine.

Because it will be the Sun after Thanksgiving and the airport will most likely be crazy-busy, I would do the self assist debark or go to guest services and get a very early zone debark #. I would then grab a taxi to the airport. That would be the quickest and most effecient way to get there.

Is that a flat fee for all the cab companies or is there a specific one?

 

We have the same predicament in March.

That is a flat rate fare for all cabs operating in Tampa -- does not matter which company. Good luck! :)
