Ft Lauderdale to Miami

Hoping to book a cruise out of Miami for Spring Break.

Air Fare is crazy for that week, so looking at options. Possibly flying in to Ft Lauderdale instead. Are there any shuttles or transportation options going to Miami from Ft Lauderdale?

Also, getting off the ship and getting onto an 11:30 a.m. flight in Ft Lauderdale - do you think that's doable??

We are using sas transportation and its 15 a person and we went for a 155 flight out of ft launder dale so we aren't pushing it

We took QLS from POM to FLL. Be aware, they won't leave the port without a full van. We were the first on and it took us an hour of circling around the port to find other passengers. If you're pressed for time I would take a private care or taxi which is more expensive and somewhat defeats the point of flying into FLL where the rates are lower.
