Chefs Dinner on the Victory?

Has anyone done this? What is the menu like? I figured without a steakhouse on board I may try it.

We did the Chef's table on the Victory this past August. It was done in the Library. I had my back to the glass wall the fronts the atrium, but others commented that it was a little like a fishbowl. Same menu (mostly anyway) as the other to times we did it this year. Enjoyed it very much, very personal head chef. It is an enjoyable evening.
