Anyone recently back from the Star who can report on the current spa package price? I can see paying $149.00 pp for the spa packing on the Jewel Class ships, but the spa on the Star is a little lacking in comparison, and I would have to think twice about paying the same for the pass on the Star.

The spa package price on the Star was $119 per person for the week that we were on the cruise (Nov 4-11).

What is a week Spa package? What do you get for that?

The spa pass is limited to the first 50 male and female passengers. You get access to the thermal suite which includes locker room, shower facilities, steam and sauna, an indoor lap pool and hot tub. The men's area also has Japanese hot and cold plunge tubs.

 

Also, in the common area are lounges overlooking the stern of the ship, where you can stay as long as you like. They also have tea and juice.

It is open from early morning until about 10 p.m.

 

Best of all, there are no kids permitted. When we were on the Dawn last, the only time we saw many people there was the last sea day.

$199 for 14 days or $30 a day.......at that price they did not have many customers/users and it was pretty much empty most days that I went.

It's not like the Jewel's spa, but it's not bad either.
