The Victory is a 4 star rated ship that is 101,000 tons, was built in 2000 and refurbished in 2010. The Constellation is a 5 star rated ship that is 91,000 tons, was built in 2002 and refurbished in 2010. Both ships offer an all you can drink package if you drink alcohol. Carnivals program runs about 50 a day, while Celebrity's is closer to 60 a day, but does include more items such as specialty coffees and bottled water. The food will be better on Celebrity and the crowd will be younger on Carnival. Since you're only going on a 4 day cruise and it's over the weekend, I would choose the Victory and get the Cheers program if you like to imbibe. Comparing the cheapest cabin available, it's about 249 on the Victory versus 349 on the Constellation before taxes and that is based on 2 people in a cabin and a per person rate. Good luck and enjoy.
