Cozumel with a broken arm

My soon to be 12 year old son broke his arm yesterday and we are sailing on the Dream this Saturday. It was temporaily set by urgent care and we are seeing the orthopedic on Monday so hoping for a waterproof cast. We were planning Mr Sanchos and he was looking forward to the water toys there. But since that is out any suggestions on what we should do while in Cozumel. Its just him and I (mom).

Go to Nachi Cocom - All-inclusive (including all the virgin frozen drinks mon will allow ;)), great food, small pool, hot tub, and no water toys to tempt him. Good luck! :)
