We are new to Celebrity and will be celebrating our 25th anniversary in 2014- We have been very loyal to RCCL and understand that our platinum status is reciprocal on Celebrity- so what does that mean for us?? Do we still get priority check in?? Also what are the extras on the Silohuette you have to pay extra for?? dining areas? soda package, etc? How much are the cabanas to rent for the day? We are staying in aqua class room #1575. Any and all info. would be so helpful and thanks in advance

Have you done much research on your room?? I only mention this --as were going on our first Celebrity cruise as well---and I have found out many prefer the A2 Aqua rooms---as the A1--tend to be under pools--and can be a bit noiser.

Agree with previous comment that many AQ1 cabins are below the gym or pool areas and some have reported they can be noisey.

You are correct Celebrity, Royal & Azamara have reciprocal arrangements. Check out the Celebrity web site under Captains Club and you can find a detailed list of the perks. Like Royal Celebrity has speciality restaurants for a fee. Since you are booked in Aqua your assigned dining will be in Blu, which is like a speciality restaurant for Aqua class guests and available to suite guests on a space available basis. For many of us Dining in Blu is the reason we book AQ.
