Rental car return Pier Seattle?

Just wondering? Is there a place to return our rental car to the pier instead of the airport in Seattle? Has anyone found good rates on car rentals up there? Thanks for the help. Stephanie

We are renting with Budget rent-a-car. They have a location not to far from the pier, and have shuttle service from the drop off area!

Alamo is also available from the Hilton on 6TH. I just walked it from the NCL pier 66 dock, very doable without mobility limitiations. Left my companions at the end of Pike Market with the bags. :) I have heard some downtown rentals aren't open on weekends??? Alamo was of course.
