where to sign waivers for children/teens sports

I read somewhere that you can sign 1 waiver for all 3 activities for children/teens (rock climbing/ice skating/ flow rider) but now cant seem to find where you go to do this. We want to do it as soon as we get on board. Anyone know of this location or do we have to go to all 3 areas? Many thanks.

The waivers are located under the heading Cruise Documentation in your My Cruises account. It is the third one under cruise documentation.

Are online waivers available for your cruise? It looks like you're on the Independence of the Seas and I'm not sure that she offers online waivers.

 

Anyone know for sure about that?

 

If you need to do them onboard, you'll fill out each waiver at the appropriate location on the ship for each of the activities (the FlowRider waiver is filled out near the FlowRider, and same for the Rock Wall and ice skating).
