single events?

Hello Everyone, Hope you all had a great Christmas.

 

I am heading on my first cruise at the end of April on the Ecastsy. Are there singles events that happen during this time for the age group of 25-33 as im 28, and if so is there a dress code for that or is a normal sundresses ok?

They do have a single get together, but they're not for a specific age group and they're not well attended, if at all. Most consider the single party to be rather lame.

A few years ago my friends & I went to the singles event. We were the only ones there. Other singles were aboard but we met them more casually at the bars etc.

Attendance varies cruise to cruise and one thing the mixer has against it is that it is not publicized well. In my 20's have been to one that had about 70 attendees (mostly in their 70's but a few in my age group). I have also been to one that had less than 10, including the cruise staff guy who was assigned to host the event. It does not hurt to check it out if you find it but better odds to meet others at the pool, bars, and night club. Good Luck
