Can kids age 14 and 17 be in same activities?

We have boys ages 14 and 17. Does Royal have separate activities and spaces for their age group or are they able to stay together? Thanks!

Maybe. I have taken two girls who were weeks shy of 15 and was able to sign for them to be in the 15 - 17 group. It depends on the cruise and the staff. You can ask, worst thing that happens is that they say no.

We've never had any problems and mine are 15 and 17 - last 3 cruises they were all put together anyway but just ask :)

I think it really depends on ship and crew...

On a sailing a few years ago on Brilliance OTS there were not a lot of kids so they joined the 12-14 & 15-17's together.

It might be a little trickier on the larger ships with higher numbers of kids IMO.

I'm sure they'll have a ball no matter what! :D

They will have PLENTY of opportunity to be together, even if it's not in the "club"....most 17 year olds don't participate in the organized activities. The 14 year old will enjoy them much more.
