stacijake Posted December 28, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 28, 2012 Since the Crude oil price is above $65/barrell mark should I plan to pay the $20/day (DH and self)? Thank you and my apologies if this has beenn asked before.
Demonyte Posted December 28, 2012 #2 Share Posted December 28, 2012 I don't think we have never have had to pay the surcharge. It's a double edged sword for the cruise lines as charging the surcharge would be a huge disadvantage to a cruise line if the others weren't doing the same. Crude has been above the $65 mark for quite some time, so I wouldn't expect the surcharge to be implemented.
Us2inFL Posted December 28, 2012 #4 Share Posted December 28, 2012 Even with wildly unstable oil prices, we've never had the surcharge added to any cruise we booked.
