CNBC is reporting that the International Longshoremen's Association and the U.S. Maritime Alliance have come to a 30 day agreement, which means cruises up through the 27th out Baltimore will proceed as normal. YES!

But, I thought I heard this would have only effected Container shiptraffic. Not Cruise and bulk freight?

Cruises would have been unaffected at most ports, but there were grumblings in the Baltimore Sun that the port management was talking lock-out which would have shut everything down.
