Excursions for Yachtsman's Caribbean

DH and I are doing this itinerary in March and are trying to work which Windstar excursions, if any, to do. For those of you who have done this itinerary, is there any feedback you can offer? As DH is a diver, he's particularly interested in the dive trips offered, whereas being a non diver, I'm interested in all the other options. Thanks in advance for your help!
