Buying soda on Land before Cruise

For anyone who has done a Land tour before a Cruise. Where can I buy soda like Dr. Pepper before boarding the ship in Whitter? Would like only a 6 pack or a couple of 20 oz bottles for the cruise. It looks like the best place is in Cooper River. I am traveling on Princess Land tours. I am also planning on getting the soda pakage when on board. Thanks

Your shopping choices are going to be limited. Add to that Alaskan prices, I would buy soda where you see it along your land tour & carry it along to the ship.

 

You won't be saving money over what the ship charges but you may have the soda you prefer.

Is this true for beer too or will there only be Alaskan beer for purchase before boarding?

Look thru the business directory of the Whittier Chamber of Commerce. Call any shop that appears to sell soda, beer, liquor. There's a map in this link as well.
