staceycs Posted December 30, 2012 #1 Share Posted December 30, 2012 We are going on the Norwegian Pearl in Aug. My husband loves to fish. Are there any fishing excursions in any of the ports?
Putterdude Posted December 30, 2012 #2 Share Posted December 30, 2012 Welcome to Cruise Critic.:) One charter that I can recommend that operates out of Ketchikan is Alaska Strike Zone Charters. Luke and his father have been in the business for years. Luke's father winters down the street from me here in AZ. http://www.alaskastrikezone.com/
marci4tony Posted December 31, 2012 #3 Share Posted December 31, 2012 This group is one of a few that require 4 people - we only have two of us. I love going with people that are "suggested" but I will keep looking for a double only.:D (June)

It is probably the excursion where couples split up the most. ( As in the husband and wife do different things that day, not actually get a divorce. ;) )
chipmaster Posted January 4, 2013 #6 Share Posted January 4, 2013 A few years ago we used Northen lights out of Ketchikan, do your research carefully, the fishing season is short and the type of fish you catch changes depending on which few weeks of the summer you are up there.
