GeorgiaGirl14 Posted January 2, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 2, 2013 We are a group of ten early fifty-somethings who will be in Grand Cayman the first week in March. We are not athletic, but also not sedentary. Have any fun, semi-active excursions to recommend? We like kayaking, segways, tubing--middle of the road as far as activity level. 2PinaColadas Posted January 2, 2013 #2 Share Posted January 2, 2013 We booked a tour with Moby Dick-- snorkeling and swimming with the stingrays. It was great. I loved interacting with the stingrays. After the tour, we still had time to go to Seven Mile Beach for some beach time and drinks.

The newest offering I've seen is a Jetpack experience. You strap into a harness with a backpack unit that uses high pressure water to lift you above the water. Apparently it is the first in the Caribbean. *The usual disclaimer: I am not in any way affiliated with this, or any other, tourist offering. Wash in warm water, tumble dry. Do not bleach. eyern1 Posted January 10, 2013 #6 Share Posted January 10, 2013 It looks awesome. Wish I could afford $250 for it. Anyone want to sponsor me and I'll tell you how it is next week?
