twojays Posted July 12, 2005 Author #27 Share Posted July 12, 2005 Just got back last night from our first ever cruise. Our Forward Balcony Cabin was great.:) I took Bonine as suggested by a lot of you, and although I think it did make me feel a little drowsy, it certainly did the trick, and I didnt feel seasick at all. We enjoyed the whole cruise experience, and would like to thank all of you for taking the time to answer my questions and offer your advice. beckers Posted September 29, 2005 #28 Share Posted September 29, 2005 Hey twojays glad to see you had a great trip, and the Bonine worked. I was looking for another thread and ran accross this one. Do you have another cruise booked yet? Are you addicted?:D
csbenedict Posted October 5, 2005 #29 Share Posted October 5, 2005 I've also used Bonine and the ginger tablets. You need to take the Bonine before you start getting sick. The Bonine did make me a little drowsy but if you take it first thing in the morning, it tends to not be so bad because you're ususally up moving around! However, if you are a AM sunbather then you'll probably fall asleep ;)! The ginger works well after you already have stomach problems whether it's from motion sickness, overeating, overdrinking :) !!!!
