Juan Diego (JD) Concierge on the Radiance has just been advised he has been voted number one Concierge across the fleet. Needless to say, he is very happy and we are lucky enough to be able to celebrate this with him.

This isn't actual voting. This information would come from the way they evaluate post cruise comments, I'm sure. It's the same way they come up with the number 1 in the fleet for everything. Well, they don't come up with #1 in revenue by the comment cards. But you know what I mean. Many things are judged by those cards.

 

Rather than saying "voted" a better word might be "rated". I've been on that ship 20 times and haven't been asked to vote yet. But I've filled out a comment card every time.
