Be sure to take a close look at the deck layouts in the new catalog. Nearing the end of 2013, there will be fewer lower priced category suites available, as what were lower categories change to higher price categories.

Unfortunately, this has been happening a lot in the past year. In fact, so many cabins have been moved to a higher category that most cabins are now "Concierge Level". Perhaps Regent will end up with all Concierge level cabins and the dreadful program will effectively end. It seems a fairly good way for Regent to increase their profits a bit -- IMO, I would rather see this than an ever higher fare in all categories.

It really doesn't matter as they are selling more "H guarantees" and then trying upsell at last minute if cruise has not sold out. I think they have found a revenue model to squeeze out extra income by still retaining low price points for those of us that don't believe in paying more than the lowest H price (usually price when cruise first sold but some do go down).
