Changed booking # but retained OBC

Recommended Posts

I have always understood that you must retain your original booking number from an on board booking to retain your on board credits. However, today, I received my confirmation which was to switch a Brilliance 2006 booking to the Radiance May 7, '06 to Hawaii. The booking number was a new number. So I called my TA concerned about losing my on board credit. He e-mailed me a different form that only goes to the TAs which clearly shows my $200 on board credit! He said that for some reason, the RCI rep was unable to transfer my old number and therefore, created a new one. Anyone ever have this happen?
