I could be wrong but I've always used: Cure-a-sow, with the "a" using the same sound as it does in the word - attend; and "sow" as in female pig.

 

I've also heard : cure-a-sew

 

I don't think anyone will whine too much, regardless of which one you use.

Cure a sow (emphasis on sow)

 

:D From the South as well! Always remember because that's what we do to get our "country hams"! With my Southern drawl "Cure A Sow" is close enough. :p

Thanks. Now I can finally tell people where we are going and hopefully they will understand. We are taking the Jewel of the Seas repositioning cruise out of Boston November 1st and this will be the last stop. I am digging out information from this board. Thanks for those who have taken the time to put up what information there is.
