Explorer of the Seas Balcony Dividers

This question is probably answered somewhere in the vast vaults of Cruise Critic. A quick search revealed no matches.

 

So here is the question. Can the dividers or partitions be removed or moved on the Balconies on the Explorer of the Seas?

 

We are next to friends on this cruise and it would be nice if they do. If not it is not a big deal just wondering.

No. The ship isn't constructed that way. The partitions are welded into the structure of the ship.
