Johhno Posted January 23, 2013 #1 Share Posted January 23, 2013 Looks like we here in WA (Fremantle) are to miss out on a Princess ship for the 2015 season. For 2013 we have the Dawn and Sun showing a total of 7visits combined. With 2014 it shows Dawn,Sea and Sun with a total of 7 visits combined. As for 2015 season we are showing nothing by Princess to Fremantle. Looks like PO are giving us the Pacific Jewel for 2015 with a total of 4 visits scheduled. So for any West Aussies wanting to do a cruise with Princess out of Fremantle you might want to look at the 2013/2014 season. Cheers. Johhno Posted January 24, 2013 Author #6 Share Posted January 24, 2013 According to contacts within the Port Authority most major Cruise lines book berths up to 3years in advance so they can confirm their itinerarys prior to releasing them to agents/public for sale. Cheers Johhno.

Witchymob Posted January 25, 2013 #8 Share Posted January 25, 2013 I too keep an eye on the Fremantle cruise ship schedule, but it is not always what actually happens. Have seen lots of visits go up and then not happen, and others suddenly get added. Hopefully we will get some Princess cruises, are booked on Dawn Princess this May and have done 3 out of Fremantle on Sun Princess. Have noted also that from 2008 when they first started doing a season it has got shorter and less choice, so fingers crossed we are not being fazed out!! kuldalai Posted January 25, 2013 #9 Share Posted January 25, 2013 Princess have not even got out their Itineraies that far ahead so relax and all will be revealed in due course . Port authority websites are more the cruise lines wishlists and often places are bboked that do not eventuate, and other places appear when the itineraries go on sale . dizzy1948 Posted January 25, 2013 #10 Share Posted January 25, 2013 There is a little gap that needs filling (Athena?) it must have paid for that ship to come down all those years - and the cruises were always full - so "never say never" ;) fingers crossed
