Volendam cabin question

We will be on this ship in September in Alaska. Our cabin appears to be over the casino slots on the port side. Does anyone know or remember hearing of any noise issues from the casino?

Since no one has answered you - I will give you my best guess - I don't think it should be an issue - the casino is not very noisy:D

Another guess for you, but given that the casino is co-located with shops and bars and isn't intrusively noisy I would be surprised if it were loud enough to bother you a deck above.

we had a cabin (6166) over the casino slots last April. We stayed there 3 weeks and didn't hear anything from the casino!!! I would book this cabin again in a heartbreak

Thanks to everyone for the responses, and especially to ConnyR, because 6166 IS the cabin we've booked! I won't think about the noise as a possible problem anymore and just wait (sigh) for September to get here!!:)
