C & A reduced rate upgrades??

Does anyone have any experiences to share regarding this benefit??

 

Do I call C&A? Is there a specific timeframe that is best to secure such a thing?

 

Success stories?

 

I see that it is dependent on sailing...

I called about it a few months ago and was told, if it is available, and if one qualifies then RCCL will call to offer it – sort of like when they called and offer complimentary upgrades. I was told it was not really tied to RCCL points – but rather controlled by revenue.
