Port of Miami uncovered Lot E

I noticed that there is an uncovered lot, Lot E. Does anyone know which cruiseline uses that lot. We will be on the Carnival Breeze and will be parking at the port. I am wondering if we will be parking there or in a covered garage. Would really prefer a covered garage.

I think you can park in any lot that has a space available

If you want to be right near the ship I guess you have to check what berth they will be at first
